FIRST ROUND OF HEARING NOTICES EXPECTED THIS WEEK

We have information from the Division of Financial Institutions that they will be sending out this week the first three letters regarding hearings resulting from the Notices of Violation sent out earlier this year to Small Loan Act and Mortgage Loan Act lenders. Other letters will follow from the Division to other registrants and licensees. We do not have any details regarding the content of the letters, but understand that they will be setting the hearings sometime after the first of February.
